The shift in seasons marks the opening of a host of new exhibitions featuring Scottish women artists.
On Monday 5th September, Woman Painters of the Glasgow School: Glasgow Girls will open at Lyon & Turnbull's Glasgow office on Bath Street. This looks to be a beautifully curated exhibition with a mixture of pieces which will feature in future auctions, and some loans from private collectors.
The exhibition will focus on the painters of the group and include pieces such as this beautiful watercolour by Katherine Cameron (1874-1965).

The exhibition will run until Friday 16th September and is free to attend, however viewing is by appointment only.
