EXHIBITION | "MODERN SCOTS" @ PERTH ART GALLERY

Writer's picture: SWARNSWARN

This week a new exhibition in Perth Art Gallery opened which promises to highlight the work of influential Scottish artists of the 20th and 21st centuries.

We're particularly excited because of course it features some work by Joan Eardley (1921-1963) and Cecile Walton (1891-1956), as well as contemporary artists such as Alison Watt (b.1965).

Cecile Walton, Reverie, oil on canvas, 1921, Perth & Kinross Council [1993.249]

More info can be found on Perth Art Gallery's website. It is due to run until April 2026, so there's plenty of time to catch it!

The exhibition has been supported by Lyon and Turnbull and SWARN Member Alice Strang.
