EXHIBITION | 'SCOTTISH WOMEN ARTISTS: 250 YEARS OF CHALLENGING PERCEPTION" @ DOVECOT, EDINBURGH

This summer has been filled to the brim with a fantastic range of exhibitions featuring Scottish women artists, and today we have another to add to the list.

Opening today is Scottish Women Artists: 250 Years of Challenging Perception, which will celebrate the work of women artists who have contributed to Scotland's contemporary art scene. Organised by the Fleming Collection, the exhibition opens at Dovecot Studios in Edinburgh and will run until 6 January, 2024.

A series of lunchtime tours are also being held, which can be booked on the Dovecot website. There's also a chance to buy the accompanying exhibition catalogue, written by Charlotte Rostek. We recently spoke to Charlotte about her time writing the book, which can be found here.

For more information on this fantastic exhibition, visit the Fleming Collection's website or Dovecot.
